Payment Options
We gladly accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and money orders. We will ship only to the cardholder's
address on credit card orders. All prices and shipping costs on this site are quoted in United States currency. For your security and ours, we will only ship credit card orders
after verification of the billing address and we will ship only to the cardholder's address.
We work closely with authorities to prosecute ALL fraudulently placed credit card orders.
Order by money order
If you would rather order by mail using money order, please use the Online Store and shopping cart which will automatically compute your shipping costs as you
shop. When you have finished shopping, the shopping cart will print a completed order form for your convenience.
Shipping Policies
Most orders placed on Friday will be shipped out on the following Monday or next business day, which ever comes first.
Most orders placed Mon-Thurs will be shipped within 48 hrs, or you will be sent an email to notify otherwise.
Most orders placed before 2pm EST will be shipped same day.
You can choose to have orders sent by US Mail or United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping charges are based on industry standard shipping rates.
Shipping charges will vary depending on the delivery service selected or if overnight shipping is desired. Beneficial insects will be drop shipped to your location 2 day service,
(unless overnight is specified), Monday thru Thursday. Included in your shipping cost is a $3.50 fee per box handling charge.
All returned mail order is subject to a $15.00 restocking fee, plus the return shipping cost.
Due to the continued abuse of the privilege, we no longer accept COD orders, or personal checks.
