Our Sun System VI ballast uses our popular extruded aluminum housing and incorporates a new unique feature.
To change from one type of lamp to the other, merely insert the appropriate lamp and set the switch to the correct operating setting. This enables growers to bypass costly conversion lamps with less lumen output. It allows growers to utilize the proper spectrums for vegetable growth(Metal Halide) as well as flowering(High Pressure Sodium) with a simple to use switch.
All fixtures are completely assembled and include both lamps.
The System Contains a Lg. Horizontal hood (21L x 24W x 8H), 120v Sun System Remote Ballast with socket & cord set, An a Standard HPS & MH Bulb.
When Metal Halide lamps are used in Horizontal reflectors, for UL listing glass is needed to be purchased separately. (See Reflector section for information / pricing)
